RealEstateECR.com acts as a real estate marketing and brokerage platform connecting property owners, buyers, investors, and tenants. By listing, purchasing, selling, leasing, or engaging our services, you agree to the following commission and brokerage terms.
1. Property Sale Brokerage

| Commercial Properties | 2% – 3% | 1% – 1.5% |

2. Rental & Lease Brokerage
Residential Rentals
One Month Rent
Commercial Leasing
One Month Rent or 1% of Lease Value (whichever is higher)
3. Commission Payment
Commission becomes payable upon:
- Execution of Sale Agreement
- Receipt of Advance Payment
- Property Registration
Commission must be settled on or before the registration date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Social Media Marketing
WhatsApp Campaigns
Buyer Lead Generation
Site Visit Coordination
Negotiation Assistance
Documentation Support
Exclusive listings receive priority marketing and lead allocation.
5. Owner Responsibilities
- Provide accurate ownership documents.
- Disclose any legal disputes or encumbrances.
- Share correct property specifications and pricing.
- Permit reasonable access for inspections and site visits.
6. Direct Buyer Protection
If a buyer introduced by RealEstateECR.com purchases the property directly from the owner within 12 months of introduction, the agreed brokerage commission remains payable to RealEstateECR.com.
7. No Refund Policy
Brokerage fees are non-refundable once a successful transaction has been completed through a lead introduced by RealEstateECR.com.
8. Referral Partner Commission
Channel Partner Program
Refer property owners or buyers and earn 25% Referral Commission.
Commission is released after:
Successful Transaction Closure
Receipt of Brokerage by RealEstateECR.com
9. Legal Compliance
All parties shall comply with applicable laws, registration requirements, stamp duty regulations, taxation provisions, and local real estate guidelines.
